Iraida's focus area is the legal support of business. Prior to BRight, she held a position of Director of Legal Affairs in one of the largest companies in St. Petersburg in the area of online advertising. Iraida's specialisation is commercial law and intellectual property.

She has extensive experience in the area of legal support of day-to-day business operations. She was also involved in projects relating to international business activities of companies, company incorporation in foreign jurisdictions, and trademark registration. Iraida has vast experience in legal representation in commercial disputes and disputes between businesses and the state, including the federal antimonopoly service.

Iraida is also a qualified mediator.
